In my opinion, these two terms complement each other in every aspect of our life. We have all known since our childhood that Health is wealth.
But now it’s going like Health and wellness is a kind of a sense of completeness and a sense of very pure connection towards the universe.
Health is a state which ensures that your body’s mechanism works properly and adapts according to the need of your physical body and mental body as well.
Health is not what most people think we put so much effort into it and do very hyperactive exercises and stuff like that this is all nonsense. Being healthy means you put your possible effort to sustain a healthy lifestyle, for instance, taking care of your body and maintaining a healthy diet and doing some movement of your body, and most importantly being aware of all that.
Let’s talk about wellness, well this term fascinates me so much while I researched for this article.
Wellness is a very broad term to understand but as we know it is a very big industry and it has lots of things to know. Wellness is a feeling of gratitude it is a pure feeling toward everything in life.
Wellness helps you to become the greatest version of yourself. It has some spiritual experience as well. Wellness is a very holistic way to live a fulfilled life. It is a lifelong process and also wellness is a very subjective thing it differs for every human being.
So health and wellness are not the same things at all and in my opinion, it seems like these two have a dependency on each other.
Why health and wellness are so important?
In today’s world which is restless from every point of view, the importance of health and wellness is a very obvious thing. Most of the time people ignore their health and messed up in their life. They prioritized their health and wellness at the very last and when they suffered from diseases and don’t find their body, mind, and intellect at ease, then suddenly they realize that ohh! What am I doing?
Then they finally start their journey to a healthy lifestyle. If we want to understand the importance of health and wellness then only once ignore it and see.
In today’s fast-changing world, we must clarify that our fundamentals are very strong enough to take the next step toward our growth in life. Stop taking health and wellness for granted because without these we will be unable to do anything and we will never be able to achieve the optimal lifestyle.
How are health and wellness related to each other?
Ok, then the relationship between health and wellness is quite similar. One can not exist without another or even better one doesn’t want to exist without another.
Where there is health, there is a wellness
OR
Where there is wellness, there is health.
If you want a healthy lifestyle then you must practice wellness, health comes from being aware of wellness. If your willingness of being healthy is very consistent then your wellness journey will be full of joy and peace.
For being healthy you need to do some amount of movement of your body consistently, and you need to eat as much nutrition and healthy food. You also do some activities that make you feel good for your mental health, you also should take care of your mental health as well. All the above things I have described to you are driven by wellness.
Are health and wellness overrated?
Look there are a lot of attractive sides to health and wellness but as we know everything has a dark aspect as well. Nowadays, many people promote very harmful products for the sake of health and wellness.
In today’s time, every day a new trend comes into the market, and new things that are not able to do anything in your body.
Because today health and wellness are being talked about everywhere, so it’s also easy to confuse people who are crazy about health and wellness.
Yes, sometimes these topics are very overrated. When people start to follow a typical so-called routine that is given by fake people whose only purpose is to sell their third-class product and show that their brand is health-oriented.
Be aware of those people.
Health and wellness become overrated when it is called a destination, not a journey which is a very stupid thing to assume.
When do health and wellness concerns?
Well, there are no particular parameters or standards where we measure or calculate things and then try to fix that. But yes it’s a very subjective thing because everyone is different from others.
Everyone’s concerns about health and wellness vary in different dimensions of the whole well-being.
It is important to know when living a healthy lifestyle is concerned because a healthy lifestyle is a basic need of human life.
Some points for concern about health and wellness.
- When we were too busy in our schedule to show off in society.
- When we were not allowed our bodies to do some movement consistently.
- When we got into the trap of instant gratification and delay our success.
- When we are very low in self-esteem and self-worth.
- When we prioritize health very late in our life
- Sometimes the reason for concern is due to genetic illness or some adulthood problems, lifestyle habits, and environmental factors are also a big reason for concern.

Your wellness is determined by your choices daily in which you intentionally do what is good for you such as eating good nutrition-enriched food and moving your body in a way that you enjoy doing.
Your wellness depends upon your relationship with your loved ones and choosing the career you liked most.
